Your SSAFA Health Visiting Team; Transitions Week, Navigating Change Together

 

This week we are focusing on “Transition”. We will explore what transitions mean for children in transient military communities. We've asked young people to share their opinions via a questionnaire, and we'll be highlighting their insights throughout the week.

Why are we focusing on transitions?
Because in our transient communities, change is inevitable. Whether we are part of a family that is leaving or staying, transitions affect us all. Join us as we share insights, challenges, and tips from young people themselves.
