If you are planning to bring a visitor to this year’s Make-a-Wish, please make sure to get the SHAPE Form 550 into the Pass Office by Friday 30th May 2025.
The SHAPE Form 550 can be downloaded from SHAPE2Day, under Arriving and Leaving. It needs submitting in-person to the Pass Office in Building 102.
Anyone with a SHAPE I.D./AMIS Card should be able to complete one of these forms for visitors but please do check with the Pass Office if you are unsure, to avoid disappointment. You will be responsible for your visitors for the duration of the event.
