IMPORTANT: Upcoming Strike Action, Multiple Public Services Affected

Please be aware, that another National Strike is planned for 27 June 2025.

In the meantime, other strike action will take place much sooner.

A public services strike is planned for 20 May 2025 and a demonstration on 22 May 2025, both of which are highly likely to cause public services disruption to bus, train and admin services.

Rail

Due to the strike action, train service is expected to cease between the last train on Monday 19 May (from 10PM) and Tuesday 20 May (last train).

In order to deal with the limited number of trains running, we will put in place an alternative service in accordance with staff availability.

Sea:

On 20 May 2025, a National Day of Action is planned. The ACOD union has submitted strike notices at both the Maritime and Coastal Services.
