Please be informed that ABN 051/2020 Forces Help to Buy – Change in Eligibility Criteria has been published today on DefNet and Defence Connect.
The revised criteria means that all Regular Serving personnel will be eligible to apply for a FHTB advance provided they have completed 12 months service from their date of enlistment and have completed Phase One Training. This change will take effect from 1 Apr 20.
A revised JSP 464, Volume 1, Part 1 will be published on 31 Mar 20 to coincide with the updated eligibility criteria and also contains the full FHTB scheme rules.
