Museums and cultural spaces in Mons will participate to the much looked forward Museums at night event on October 26th, 2018, with no less than 10 iconic locations to discover.
2018 marks the commemoration of the end of the first world war, freedom has been chosen as the main theme for the celebrations.

BAM - Mons' Musée des Beaux-Arts
Illustrators and dancers will join the «Niki de Saint-Phalle: Ici tout est possible» exhibition, presenting in their own way their interpretation of freedom throughout the life of the artist.

The Musée du Doudou
Come and learn more about the story of Saint Georges and his legendary fight with the dragon.

MMM - The Mons Memorial Museum
Discover the touching story of Belgo-Iraki composer Qoutayba Neaimi through a fantastic concert. This event is a touching reminder that artists often have to flee their countries to be able to express themselves.

Mons' Belfry
Flute music and beautiful voices will fill the belfry, bringing to life pieces written by artists from all over the world.The Saint-Georges hall

The Artothèque

The Mundaneum
Freedom goes in harmony with travels: an elegant shadow puppet show will transport you all the way to China.
