SHAPE Fitness Centre Main Building Closure
From Saturday, 09 March until Friday, 22 March, the Main Building of the SHAPE Fitness Centre will be closed for Exercise.
To
support this significant NATO Exercise, the squash courts, spinning
suite, aerobic suite, weights, CV room, changing room, all offices, and
swimming pool will not be available.
The swimming pool, saunas, changing rooms, squash courts, weights and cardio room will reopen Saturday, 23 March.
All remaining Sports and Fitness areas will reopen Monday, 25 March.
The climbing wall will be closed 19 and 20 February. The main court area will be subject to closure from Monday, 26 February.
The Gymnasium Annex will remain open throughout with 24/7 access.
Customers who are not already registered for 24/7 access are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
The
gym (including classes) at Chievres Air Force (CAB) Base will remain
available to all SHAPE ID (AMIS) Card holders during normal opening
hours:
Mon-Fri – 0600-1900, Sat-Sun – 0900-1700.
24/7 access to the Chievres Gym is NOT available to SHAPE ID holders.

BSG will consider coordinating a shuttle service with sufficient community interest.
Note:
Customers who have paid for lockers in the changing rooms will
automatically be credited for an additional month at no charge.
Those leaving SHAPE before the end of their contract will be refunded one month’s locker charge.
