Domestic Abuse - Call For Survivors

The Armed Forces People Support Families team within the Ministry of Defence are currently refreshing their internal policy - the Joint Service Publication 913 on Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence and would very much like to gather survivor feedback, once it is drafted, to make sure it is the best possible policy for those experiencing these issues.

We understand that this topic can and will be distressing for survivors and therefore want to assure potential volunteers that there will be a number of options available to provide feedback: on a one to one basis, over email after reading the policy or in a group. However, there will be no need for a survivor to discuss their particular experiences. Any feedback provided will be treated confidentially and will not be attributed to any individuals or groups.

Please get in touch with Sebastina.Johnson841@mod.gov.uk if you would like to be involved.

If you are being impacted by any of the issues outlined above please utilise the list of contact details below of organisations who can provide support and guidance.
