The position of HIVE Information Support Officer (HISO) will become vacant very soon. It is a part-time non-industrial position category 3B of 25 hours per week and the starting rate of pay is € 1144.34 per month, going up to € 1537.76 in 14 annual increments. Employment in this position requires a BPSS security check as well as a DBS Enhanced check.

Community Liaison Team.
Duties include:
- Providing up-to-date, relevant information on Belgium to the local Communities, actively researching local activities and advertising on Community pages as necessary.
- Ensuring that HIVE information and SHAPE information are not in contradiction of each other, highlighting to the CLO Team where duplication of effort is occuring.
- Maintaining HIVE office space in SHAPE (permanent location) and Brussels to support the SNR, HoL and the CH, visiting Brussels at least once a month.
- Working in conjunction with Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) and Host Nation Liaison Officers (HNLOs) in SHAPE and Brussels for all new arrivals; taking the lead on sending pre-arrival information on notification of an assignment, including keeping the HIVE section of the arrivals pack up to date and providing a welcome brief (virtual or physical) as part of the CH.
- Work with Community Liaison Officers in SHAPE and Brussels to deliver HIVE deployment and relocation information support as required.
- Liaise with local CoC support agencies, through the HoL, to raise specific concerns.
