The 2020 Reserves Continuous Attitude Survey now open

The 2020 Reserves Continuous Attitudes Survey (ResCAS20) is now open for completion until Monday 16th March 2020 for Maritime and RAF Reservists, Friday 20th March for Army Reservists.

What is RESCAS? ResCAS is MOD’s annual survey which seeks Reservists views of life in the Reserves. The results of the survey are used by the MOD to understand how you, as volunteer Reservists, feel about your experiences, and to help shape the policies that support and enable your service. For example, Reservists have said they would be interested in finding out more about flexible working opportunities; to help support this, we intend to introduce a digital jobs portal to increase Reservists visibility of opportunities and commitments.

Who should complete it? If you have been selected to participate in this year’s ResCAS you will have received a paper copy of the questionnaire, an email invitation, or a postcard advising you of a link to the online version. Please only complete one version of the questionnaire (paper or online).

The more responses we have, the clearer the picture MOD has of your experience. This means we have more evidence to inform policy decisions that will affect your service, including providing the right support and training. So, to help shape your service, complete the survey today. How do I complete it? Army Reserves ResCAS is open to selected volunteer Reservists who should have already received or will be receiving a paper copy of the survey and an email with a link to the online version. Participants can also access the survey online (www), then select ‘Army RESCAS 2020’.
