Come and Celebrate SHAPE parkrun’s 2nd birthday on Saturday 2nd August!
Did you know SHAPE’s parkrun is the only parkrun in Belgium? Definitely one to tick off the parkrun tourist chart for sure!
Whether you are a parkrun veteran, virgin or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome. Come along and walk, jog or run the 5k course or volunteer to support the event instead.
Cake and Bacon Rolls will follow the event, in the Britbar.

HOWEVER: parkrun is on every Saturday, same time, same place.
