Online Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR), starting 6th October 2025



Annmarie Mckenzie is a Welfare Officer is leading a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course later this year. Mindfulness has been proven to help reduce anxiety and stress whilst improving mental health and wellbeing.

Annmarie’s course is FREE and being held online over an 8 week period.
