SHAPE: Mons Museum Night, 4th October 2024

 


Museums and Cultural Spaces in Mons will participate in the much looked forward to event of the Mons Museum Night.

On Friday 4th October 2024, from 1900 for one evening only, the museums of the city centre come to life for a night of surprises: original visits, scavenger hunts, shows, concerts and workshops. And for this year, the Legend of the Angels of Mons is honoured.

Please be aware that there is a small charge for this event. Booking suggested.

Brussels: Car Free Sunday, 22nd September 2024

 


World Car-Free Day is a worldwide initiative to encourage motorists to take a break from driving and explore alternatives. It started in 2000 and now occurs every year on 22nd September.

On Sunday 22nd September this year Brussels is celebrating World Car-Free Day therefore the whole of the Brussels region will be closed to unauthorised traffic from 0930 to 1900.

The only exempted vehicles are: Taxis, Scheduled bus routes, Emergency Services, Police and Persons with a Special Permit.
