VACANCY: HR J1 ADMIN OFFICE ASSISTANT Closing date for applications is Monday 19 June 2017

One of the HR J1 Admin Office Assistant positions within HQ EJSU will become vacant soon.
It is a part-time non-industrial position category 4A of 20 hrs per week and the current rate of pay is € 898.68 (step 0) per month, going up to € 1224.68 in 14 annual increments. The position requires a Category 2 Security Clearance. It should be noted that UK security requirements preclude the employment of non-UK nationals in this post.
The HR J1 Admin Office Assistant will be working with and supporting the UK military administrators within the EJSU HQ as well as providing remote support to wider EJSU locations.

The main duties of the Admin Office Clerk are as follows:
Act as a focal point for all pay/allowance enquiries from EJSU locations
Complete Statement of Earnings checks for supported locationsProcess pay/allowance entries to individual JPA pay accounts
Complete HR Assurance checks
Management of the J1 team site

Applicants should be computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel. They must have a good standard of spoken and written English, be able to show initiative, work unsupervised and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
