99 Not Out book is now closed and seating plan is now open

With the event only being less than 3 weeks away we have closed the book for attendees with 152 of you choosing to support this fantastic community charity event.

The seating plan is now open and you can reserve your place to be sat with your friends and colleagues through Mrs Donna Skilton the SHAPE Community Liaison Officer (CLO). Donna is contactable on x4960 or EJSU-SHAPE-CLO@mod.uk . Round tables are limited to 10 persons per table. The seating plan will close at COP Weds 19 Apr 17 with non-allocated attendees being allocated table places by the committee.

Just a gentle reminder to bring plenty of cash on the night for the Charity Auction and raffle inc a cash prize where we hope to raise as much cash for the Royal Air Force Association (RAFA) who help both serving and ex serving personnel during their time of need. Also after 2200, the drinks package will finish and a cash bar will be open.

Please note: The transport plan will be released the week before the event so keep an eye out for the internal email and update on FB Brit Section.

As a reminder here are the details of the event:

Dress

We are trying to allow a wide range of dress for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening. Judging by the feedback there are going to be some great 1940's costumes!

1. Officers and WOs and SNCOs - Mess Dress or ladies equivalent

Junior Ranks - No.1's with Bow Tie

Civilians - Black Tie or ladies equivalent

2. However, for a bit of fun if you would prefer a night away from the standard service / black tie dress and want to wear something a bit different and 'glam up' then why not partake in classic '1940's Finest Hour' attire.
